  • K-Telco provides reliable Internet access to corporate clients through high-speed backbone links. Broadband Internet access is vital for companies whose activities depend on the quality of the connection to both Kazakhstan and foreign segments of the Internet.
  • To provide the service, our own high-speed data transmission channels are used. When organizing the “last mile” to connect end clients, the following technologies are used:

Corporate IP VPN
  • Corporate IP VPN network is a broadband private virtual communication network (VPN – Virtual Private Network), built on the basis of IP/MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) backbone network technology. IP VPN is a fully connected infrastructure, logically separated from the Internet, and provides private addressing and data exchange according to the “everyone to everyone” scheme.
  • The IP VPN service is used to connect geographically distributed enterprise offices into a single corporate data transmission network.
  • Depending on customer needs, K-Telco provides services for organizing city, regional, national and international IP VPN channels:
  • • L2 VPN – used to connect local and remote networks into one segment to transfer data between points without routing;
  • • L3 VPN – used to connect geographically remote networks using routing to transfer information between points;
  • • connection via “point-to-point” topology, if it is necessary to connect no more than two objects;
  • • connection using a “point-to-multipoint” topology, if it is necessary to connect more than two objects.
  • The main tasks that can be solved using IP VPN:
  • • creation of a secure corporate network that supports a fully connected topology (“everyone with everyone”);
  • • exchange of files and messages within the network;
  • • corporate telephony;
  • • video conferencing;
  • • centralized access to corporate server applications;

Dedicated data channels
  • K-Telco provides high-speed digital communication channels, ensuring reliable connections between remote locations. Channels with a capacity from 64 Kbps to 10 Gbps and comply with quality standards for digital networks. The provision of dedicated data transmission channels is carried out by organizing the “last mile” to each client point and combining them into a single network using PDH, SDH, DWDM, Ethernet or IP/MPLS technologies.
  • The service supports voice, data and video transmission over a variety of protocols, making it an ideal choice for businesses, government agencies, and telecom operators that require a high-performance and efficient solution for their telephone and data networks.

Satellite communication services
  • Satellite communication services are provided at remote client sites where there is no terrestrial telecommunications infrastructure. Telecommunication data transmission systems operate using ground control stations (HUBs) located in the republican space communication centers RCSC "Akkol" and "Kokterek", using communication satellites KazSat-2 and KazSat-3.
  • Satellite communications technology provides the provision of telecommunications services such as television and radio broadcasting, telephone communications, Internet access and data transmission.
  • This service is an ideal solution for providing communication in hard-to-reach and remote objects:
  • • deposits, quarries;
  • • oil and gas pipelines;
  • • offshore drilling platforms;
  • • shift camps;
  • • remote settlements.
  • The satellite communications earth station at the client's site is installed according to individual technical calculations.
  • Tariffs for the provision of services are calculated individually according to the required throughput and other criteria.
Data center services
  • Data center services include a full range of services and components necessary to support, ensure security and effectively operate the organization’s information infrastructure. Includes server rental, data storage, cloud computing, virtualization, backup, monitoring and technical support. The data center is the foundation for storing, processing and transmitting data, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes and applications.
  • This type of service is provided to clients who plan to place server and telecommunication equipment, information systems in specialized data centers in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad in accordance with all technical standards and rules.
  • Server equipment can be placed in a separate hole rack or rented rack units. K-Telco will provide redundant power supply and access to the Internet. To optimize capital costs for the purchase of server equipment, corporate applications can be hosted in cloud services.
